About The Author

Jennifer Oddo is the author of two books, inspiring young readers early with imagination and history. Her first book, Asim the Awesome Possum, educates about bullying as curious zoo animals learn about adjectives. It is beautifully illustrated by celebrated artist T. S. Lamb. 

Oddo's second book, Mandolyn's Masquerade, is a middle-reader fantasy that also confronts bullying through the eyes of a princess and her servant. The book was self-adapted to a screenplay and produced as a short film in 2015 by VJM Studios.

Oddo continues to write daily - she has completed three novels for adult audiences, feeling she has moved past the children's literature where she began, and is working toward their publication. She is currently working with Managing Editor Debra L. Hartmann to make her work better and is seeking agent representation.

Who knows what the future will bring? Querying for publishers is exhausting work, but Oddo closed the doors on her own traditional publishing company in 2019. She intends to seek publication of her own works through traditional channels.
